»» Fitness Centres (0)From our front counter staff, who manage the moment to moment needs of both students and parents, to our exceptional team of instructors or our squads of assistants, who manage the activities in the class and in the halls, everyone is schooled on how to do things “the AMA Way”.
Counter staff have regular monthly meetings designed to facilitate improved customer service through the use of ongoing training. Instructors, in addition to having completed a minimum of NCCP level one and emergency first aid and CPR certification, have twice monthly instructor training sessions designed to improve instructional methods and enhance student development. Assistants have quarterly meetings that address and reinforce proper conduct, instructional methods and detail to them the importance of their role in student development.
